Young Professionals Development Program (YPDP)

Officially launched as a national emergency response program to provide young people with an internship and career readiness training during a pandemic induced nationwide lockdown in April 2020, the 1000 Internships Program evolved into Dexterity Global's Young Professionals Development Program. Each year, the Program trains and supports young professionals for leadership careers in corporations and organizations globally.
Besides launching personal initiatives and projects, YPDP alumni assume leadership roles at top management consulting firms, major investment banks, Fortune 500 companies, national and intergovernmental organizations, etc.
Combining critical management skills, soft skills and practical work experience with hardcore work ethic over a period of six weeks, the program provides young professionals the pathway and rigorous training necessary for assuming leadership roles in corporations and organizations around the world.
